Pro Kitchen Hub

Pro Kitchen Hub Member Opportunity

Your Products. A Real Café Storefront in Sunrise. No Lease of Your Own.

Pro Kitchen Hub is finalizing a new brick-and-mortar coffee and retail concept in a high-traffic, city-anchored commercial district in Sunrise. We can't share the exact name and address until our lease is signed, but here's what's real: a storefront built specifically to feature member products, with tastings, features, and marketing already planned into the space. We want to know who's interested before we open the doors.

Real Foot Traffic

Situated in a growing, city-backed retail and events district with built-in daytime and weekend traffic. Not a pop-up. Not a one-off market. A staffed, everyday storefront.

Zero Lease Risk

No lease to sign, no build-out costs, no long-term commitment. Your product goes on the shelf; you keep doing what you do.

Built-In Marketing

Every featured member gets promoted through PKH's channels, in-store signage, and the launch campaign. Free exposure to customers who've never heard of you.

How It Works

Four ways your product shows up in the space

01

Tasting Bar / Pop-Up

Get your product in front of real customers before committing to a standing shelf.

02

Member Spotlight

A featured-member rotation with signage and social promotion.

03

Seasonal Menu Feature

Your product folded into a seasonal menu or promotion.

04

Standing Shelf

Ongoing retail placement once you've proven demand.

The Model

We only make money when you do

Here's how it actually works: instead of paying rent for shelf space, you consign your product to the café. It goes on the shelf, it sells, and PKH keeps a percentage of each sale to cover point-of-sale, marketing, and day-to-day operation of the storefront. You keep the rest — and you owe us nothing if it doesn't sell. Compare that to a flat monthly shelf-rent model, where you're on the hook for the fee whether the product moves or not. Revenue share means we only make money when you do.

Revenue Share

No fee, no risk. PKH takes a cut only on what actually sells.

Flat Shelf Rent

Pay every month, regardless of sales.

Is your product already retail-ready (labeled, packaged, priced) for a public storefront?

Any food safety certifications or permits relevant to retail sale? (optional)
